1/2/09 - Some Good News for the New Year: We would like to once again apologize for the Sovereign stat issues. We have made some changes to our content development process that will prevent something like this from happening again. Tickets are now being processed at a speedy rate and everything should be caught up by Sunday evening. The Remove Augment upgrade has been edited to allow for the removal of Christmas Augments. Our coding team implemented some behind the scene changes today that mark the first step of our war on lag. 12/30/08 - Christmas over, the New Year is here!: Christmas and its quests are gone as the New Year arrives! Outwar would like to wish everyone an early New Year's! Lately, the Rampid calculator has been malfunctioning a bit and as a result we have adjusted all the new Kix Woods gear to where they should be. To reset to where no one should be harmed, anyone who augmented any of these pieces will have a free augment pack in their backpack. Also, anyone who fully gemmed any of the new items will have a Magic Gem in their backpack at their disposal and if you gemmed your new Kix Woods items with less than four gems, you should have the amount you paid in points refunded to your account. We are launching with 75 unique Outwar Achievements, with the potential to add more in the future. Achievements are based on RampidGaming account, so if you have completed the *Arthur Herbert Fonzarelli* Achievement on one character, it will appear as being complete on all your characters under that RampidGaming account. All Achievements are grayed out until the requirements for that Achievement are met. Achievements are worth 10, 25 or 50 points, but to show your leetness, collect ALL the Achievements to achieve the highest score. The link to view your Achievements and your Outwar score is on the Member's Page. Also, look for the Achievement icon in your toolbar. This orange icon represents the real-time unlocking of a new Achievement. 9/18/08 - Double Experience Day: For the next 24 hours all mobs in Diamond City will offer double experience when defeated. Now is a great time to quest and level up! Have Fun! Double Experience Day will end sometime Friday afternoon! Get going! Also, if you haven't noticed already, advanced profile edits are now FREE for good! Points are no longer required to make an advanced profile change. Have fun!

9/17/08 - Bug Fixes and More!!: Hello everyone. We hope you all find the new Recruitment Competition format more fair and rewarding for all and are looking for some of you who haven't participated in the past to start recruiting more prey, err players to Outwar. Here's a list of some of the bugs and updates we've been able to provide you recently: - Broken Skill Images should now be fixed - The Attack tab in the menu is now used for Searching or Attacking other players - Crew Leaders now have the ability to mass-message multiple ranks of crew members - Various orbs no longer equip as Chest pieces - Recharge the Fury is now working properly - Various nodes and servers have been repaired and/or upgraded for better performance - Multiple backend tool upgrades - Multiple Moderator tool upgrades - Mods & Helpers, ask PureMisery or your immediate supervisor if you have any questions - We have added a tool in the backend to easily enable or disable double PvP strips or gains ... look for us to toggle this real soon! Also, we realize that there were a bunch of random issues that sprouted on Outwar yesterday evening. Most of these should be taken care of by now. If any still exist, please post them in this forum thread (after verifying that it hasn't been posted or fixed already) and we will do our best to resolve those issues as soon as possible. 9/16/08 - PP Promo Ends, New Recruitment Competition Prize Structure!!: Thanks to everyone who signed up for Preferred Player over the past week (nearly 100 players!) We have spread the wealth on the Recruitment Competition prize structure. We now pay out the top 30 recruiters!! The top recruiters still receive considerably more points and prizes than those who recruit less, but under the new format, players will most likely get free points just for getting a few buddies who never played before to sign up. Also, spamming other forums is prohibited. We appreciate the gesture, but we have received too many complaints to allow this to continue, and we must respect their wishes.
